Can You Help Me Get Fit?

Our second question comes from James in North Wales.

James: Hi Mama, it’s good to finally have you back! My question is:  After a long summer of keeping my shirt constantly on, (even through the July heatwave) I decided that it is time for me to get my body in shape, something I can be proud off when shirt-off season comes back around next year.

What advice do you have regarding this? Bearing in mind that its about 8/9 months before it starts getting warm again.

Mama: Thanks for you question James! I get a lot of e-mail questions regarding this subject. Mainly, people asking me what the best gyms to join are and whats the best equipment to use. Personally, my first piece of advice is to avoid Gyms. Yes, that’s right, avoid them like the plague if you want to keep your wallet a healthy bulge.

There’s is virtually nothing you can do in the Gym that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Except, maybe a strong feeling of jealousy and disdain towards the regulars.

jogging

The most overlooked aspect of obtaining a good body if eating well. A good diet often takes a backseat to vigorous exercise and never-ending bicep curls. First off, salads and fruits make all the difference. There’s no point doing sit-ups if you’re still munching kebabs very night. If won’t make any difference.

Running regularly (3 to 4 times a week for at last half an hour) and basic exercises (sit-ups, press-ups, crunches, bicep curls, tricep dips) are all you need to be honest. If you want to give your self a little boost, try formula t-10. This is a testosterone supplement that helps you go that little bit extra. It is also known to increasing mood and sociability too.

Check out my favourite formula t10 free trial review here and see what you think.

Let me know how it all goes James, I want to see photos!

Thanks for your question!

Can You Help Me Quit Smoking?

Our first question of the new era comes from Holly in South London.

Holly:  Hi Mama, I’d just like to say it’s really good to have you back again. My question is: You mentioned recently on one of your podcasts that you used to be a smoker but have since successfully quit smoking using electronic cigarettes.

I am also a smoker and am looking to stop using alternatives, how would do I start? Where do I buy the equipment? I don’t know anything, please help!!!

Mama: Hi Holly, first of all, congratulations on asking the first question of the brand new era!

Now for my answer. It is true that I have indeed been a non-smoker for 6 months now since I went digital! E cigarettes have been a god send to me, I feel and look so much better. However, before I started, I was like you, wanting to try something new but had nowhere to start.

So here goes, you have many different choices of equipment but I highly recommend that you go for a UK clearomizer. In my opinion, these are the best pieces of kit for the beginner because they are simple to set up and use. Once you get the hang of it, you can then delve deeper and start using bottom coil cartomizers and atomizers. But let’s not run before we can walk!

Secondly, you need to choose some e-liquid, personally I go for 100 vg e liquid uk. 100 vg liquid is vape juice made form 100% Vegetable Glycerin, with zero propylene glycerin.  I would recommend this as the best e liquid uk.

However, I am only advising you by experience, different people prefer different brands and flavours of e liquid. I would advise you to go into a shop and try out a few flavours before you by loads of one and realise that you don’t like it.

There you go, Holly. Thanks for your question.
